Dr. H. Bahar is a Mayo-Clinic-trained internist and diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine, He is a member of the International Society of Travel Medicine and was awarded a certificate in “International Travel Health” by the Society. He has served the international community and advised international travelers since 1977. He is the formal physician of several major embassies in Washington , DC and is very familiar with international health and medicine, as well as vaccine-preventable diseases and Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines.
